
Banana pudding southern

Ingredients:
6 ripe bananas, sliced
1 (3.4 oz) package of instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 (12 oz) package of vanilla wafers
3 cups of heavy cream
1/2 cup of confectioners’ sugar

Instructions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract until thick and smooth. Set aside.
In a separate large bowl, beat together the heavy cream and confectioners’ sugar until stiff peaks form.
In a large glass bowl or trifle dish, layer half of the sliced bananas on the bottom. Spoon half of the pudding mixture on top of the bananas.
