    Step 1. First you have to prepare the base. To do this, chop the cookies and mix them with the melted butter. Form 6 acetate rings of about 8 cm in diameter, put them on plates and distribute the cookie on the base.

    Step 2. Let the gelatin soak for 5 minutes in cold water. Mix the cottage cheese, sugar and vanilla in a bowl, and beat with electric stirrers for 2 minutes. Add the gelatin drained and diluted in 35 ml of boiling water and mix well.

    Step 3. Whip the cold cream with electric rods and add it to the previous mixture, mixing with gentle movements. Pour over the cookie bases and chill in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.

    Step 4. Heat the milk in a saucepan until it comes to a boil. Chop the chocolate in a bowl, pour the milk on top and stir with a spatula until you get a homogeneous mixture. Pour 1 tablespoon over each cupcake and decorate with the cut cookies. Take advantage!
