Keto bread coconut flour

To prepare the Keto bread coconut flour it you will need:
3 ounces coconut flour
1 ounce of coconut oil
1 ounce of olive oil
1 4-ounce stick of butter
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions to prepare the Keto bread coconut flour
In a container, beat the 8 eggs for 2 minutes (preferably with an electric mixer) . TIP: the eggs should be at room temperature and beat them for 2 minutes so that the bread does not taste like eggs.
When you see that the texture of the eggs changes, that it has bubbles and it even looks a different color, then add all the liquid ingredients. melted butter, coconut oil and olive oil. Keep beating. TIP: The butter cannot be too hot so that the eggs will not cook.
Start adding the dry ingredients to the container: baking powder, ground flax seeds, instant yeast, dried rosemary, Italian seasoning and salt. Keep moving until everything is well integrated.
When everything is well integrated then now add the coconut flour. TIP: preferably use a scale to weigh the almond flour, this will be more accurate. Beat everything super well.
Place the mixture in an 8 x 4 mold or a little larger, because the mixture is going to rise a little through the lift. I used a 9 x 5 mold and it was super good because nothing overflowed. TIP: if you use a silicone mold, you do not need to grease it. If you use another material, then grease the mold or use parchment paper . Let it rest for 20 minutes before putting it in the oven.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and let it bake for 40 or 45 minutes depending on the oven.
When it’s ready, take it out of the mold and let it cool preferably on a cooling rack like the one I show you here . This will prevent the bread from continuing to “cook” with the heat that remains inside and will not dry out. With the grill everything is cooled at the same time everywhere.
