40 g Casacara Psyllium

Preheat the oven to 175ºC Mix all the dry ingredients. Almond flour, psyllium, salt and baking powder. We add the vinegar and the egg whites. We mix well. Finally we add the water little by little while we continue mixing. We put the dough on a silicone mat and divide it.
We make balls so that it does not stick to us, we can wet our hands a little. We put it in the oven for about 55 minutes. To know if it is, we hit it from below and it has to have a hollow sound.
