Tip: Make sure the eggs are at room temperature. This is the key to getting rid of that egg flavor. Ingredients for Keto bread machine recipe
Ingredients
2 cups almond flour
3 1/2 teaspoonful baking powder
1/4 teaspoonful cream of tartar
1/4 teaspoonful sea salt
7 7 tablespoon grass-fed butter
6 6 eggs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F, Grease the pan with 1 tablespoon of butter (I used this one).
Melt 6 tablespoons of butter. In a bowl add the almond flour, baking powder, salt and 5 egg yolks. Pour the melted butter into a bowl and mix.
Combine the egg whites from all 6 eggs and the cream of tartar. Beat the egg whites over high heat for 1-2 minutes. Add the egg whites to the almond flour mixture and beat until combined.
