120 ml (50 g) coconut flour
¼ tsp. sea salt
¼ tsp. baking powder
Keto Coconut Flour Bread
1 – Preheat the oven to 350 ° F (175 ° C).
2 – In a large bowl, beat the eggs and add the melted coconut oil.
3- Add the dry ingredients in the same bowl and stir until the mixture is homogeneous.
4 – Grease a small rectangular mold and fill up to 2/3 with the dough. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean.
