Ingredients for the Keto bread recipe

    1 medium broccoli

    75 g organic goat cheese

    2 organic eggs

    30 ml of mineral or filtered water

    15 g Moringa powder

    1 g of salt

    30 g of sunflower seeds

Elaboration for the Keto bread recipe

1. Wash the broccoli and place it in a food processor. Blend it for a few seconds. Preheat the oven to 180 ℃.

2. Grate the cheese and beat the eggs.

3. Mix all the ingredients by hand except the sunflower seeds. 4. In a shallow pan (brownie style) spread the dough and spread the sunflower seeds on top. 5. Place the mold in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 ℃. 6. Let cool and keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
