It is said these spirals or cinnamon buns were invented by the Swedes, although the Danes also request that credit, however the Swedes even celebrate the day of the cinnamon roll on October 8, interesting right?

I am not on a keto diet but I must confess that I love trying these recipes.

INGREDIENTS – Keto bread rolls


    1 ½ cups of grated mozzarella (172g)

    2 tablespoons cream or ricotta cheese

    1 cup of almond flour

    1 egg

    1/4 teaspoon baking powder or baking powder

    1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener

    1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Add the no calorie sweetener, I used monk fruit, mix with the whisk while you can.    Now incorporate the liquid ingredients, add the egg, the vanilla extract and combine very well    Better to   use a paddle because this mixture would turn into a dough, once combined, reserve

    microwave cheese mixture for 1 minute to melt. If the minute has not melted add 20 seconds more. You can also do it in a pot.

    Add melted to the mixture and combine, if it is very sticky add the rest of the almond flour

    Note: The dough will be a bit sticky, it is not manageable

    Put some oil on your hands to transfer it to wax paper    Cut two sheets of waxed paper, in one you are going to place the dough and with the other you are going to cover it.    with your hands begin to extend it but without making it very thin, you should achieve a rectangle

Prepare the cinnamon filling

    In a bowl, mix the melted butter, salt, cinnamon and sweetener. mix very well until well combined    with the help of a brush, spread all the dough very well up to the edges    Now cut strips of 2 fingers thick, very carefully, you should get 6    start rolling each one from top to bottom until you have a role

    Grease a mold and go placing your roles with a minimum separation    Prepare the varnish, mixing a beaten egg with the olive oil    Mix and varnish the roles one by one so that they are golden brown.
