Ingredients to cook

    7 large eggs

    1/2 cup of coconut flour. I recommend Terrasoul Superfoods Organic Coconut Flour

    1/2 cup butter, melted (1 stick approx.)

    1/4 teaspoon of salt

    1/4 teaspoon baking powder

    1/2 teaspoon of xantham gum. I recommend Bob’s Red Mill Xantham Gum

Instructions to cook

 Preheat the oven to 180 C (355 F).

 In a large bowl add the 7 eggs. Beat for 2-3 minutes using a mixer. It is very important to have a mixer as it helps make the mixture much fluffier.    Melt the stick of butter. You can do this using the microwave, making sure to melt it in 15-20 second intervals to avoid burning.

Add the coconut flour, melted butter, salt, baking powder, and xantham gum.    Mix for 3-5 minutes until you have a thick mixture.    In a loaf pan, pour the mixture. Remember to grease the mold either with butter, coconut oil or you can also use wax paper.    Bake for 45 minutes and cool for 10 minutes before removing from the mold. keto bread
