Well to the point, doing tests I have come across many recipes for these “keto buns”, all the pages I have looked at are American, but I have been able to get the essential concept of this type of dough and I have done several tests … .. and voilà .

I do not know how to explain it, it is not bread bread, it is a quite thick but very tasty cheese bun. I would not use it to make a sandwich because I think it is a slightly dense dough but I think it is a great idea to accompany appetizers, eat only as a snack, accompany a meal or a sauce, have breakfast with butter (I think the mixture salty cheese and butter can be great),… I leave it to your choice.

INGREDIENTS to cook Keto bread with cream chease
135 gr almond flour
30 gr flax / linseed flour (I used one that had a mixture of flax and seeds)
1 tsp baking powder
85 gr grated mozzarella
30 gr cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
seeds to decorate (I used black sesame)
PREPARATION for Keto bread with cream chease
Preheat the oven to 200º.
Mix the dry ingredients (almond flour, flax, salt and baking powder). Reserve
Heat the mozzarella and cream cheese in a bowl in the microwave for 1 minute, remove and mix very well. Add the egg and mix everything well.
Join the two preparations until you get a very sticky paste.
Moisten your hands a little to form balls (the size you want), I made some balls of individual size, and place on a baking tray on a parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180º.
Let cool and we will have them ready to eat.
