✔️ Ingredients:
60 grams of almond flour with skin
1 tbsp erythritol (sweetener)
1 scoop of vanilla flavored vegetable protein
Cinnamon and vanilla essence to taste

30 to 50 ml of almond vegetable drink (If it is very dry add 50 ml, otherwise use only 30 ml)
1 egg unit
1 tbsp coconut oil
100 grams of raspberries or any other red fruit
1 tbsp heavy cream (Unsweetened and unsweetened)
Preparation
In a bowl mix the flour, protein, erythritol, egg, vegetable drink, vanilla essence and cinnamon. Revolver well. It has to be a semi-solid mixture, but moldable.
Preheat the pan over medium-high heat and put the coconut oil. Let it melt.
