Preparation of the dough
1 – ❣️Important: Before starting, the ingredients should be at room temperature to prevent the formation of lumps.

2 – Melt the butter in a microwave or in a pan on the fire ♨️
3 – With electric mixer beat in the butter with the eggs and cream cheese. Then add the milk and continue beating. Then add the solids (flour, baking powder and salt). Once the mixture is homogeneous, reserve in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

4 – To cook the crepes, take a pan, heat it over moderate heat and, once hot, add a piece of butter and wait for it to melt. Add approximately one bucket of mixture to the pan until the entire surface of the bottom is covered with the dough (approximately 1 mm thick the dough should be). Cook until a golden brown coloration is observed on the edges and turn the crepe with the help of a spatula. Cook the other side of the crepe for about 1 minute. Repeat the procedure until the dough is finished. 🥞
