Keto pizza dough
Keto pizza dough, I confess, the original recipe is not mine, I have based myself on some recipes from American keto pages that I follow on social networks. In general, your food seems to me as keto as keto you want, but unhealthy (the concept of keto-healthy is rather Mediterranean). If in the end we link food exclusively to losing weight based on swelling to eat bacon, for me everything loses a little sense and we also find very important rebound effects. My keto people know that my main interest is that they learn to eat, beyond using a metabolically interesting diet at certain vital moments.

Having said all this, it is true that some recipes of our keto-Americans, a little adapted, are quite interesting. When I tried tuning this one I said… oh my godness, this has to be proven by my guys that not everything in this life is going to be suffering. Of course, reserved for the Fridays of movie, blanket and cooing on the sofa.

INGREDIENTS
250 gr of grated Parmesan cheese (you can also make it with mozzarella)
1 tablespoon cream cheese (Casa Grande de Xanceda is the best I know)
150 gr almond flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon gluten-free chemical yeast
Oregano and garlic to the taste of the consumer
STEPS
Keto pizza dough
Put the grated cheese and tablespoon of cream cheese in a microwave-safe container and mix well. Put the microwave at maximum discretion and melt the cheese for 45 seconds.
Add the egg, almond flour, chemical yeast, salt, and garlic and oregano to the consumer’s liking. We integrate well (if necessary using the hands to knead).
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
Put the dough on a vegetable paper, crush a little and put a second vegetable paper on top. With the help of a roller or a bottle we level our dough.

We shape our dough and bake for 10-15 minutes (until the dough has a golden appearance).
Take out the dough and add tomato, cheese, oregano and all the ingredients we want in our pizza. Bake about 5-10 more minutes until cooked. We take out and… ñammmmmmmmmmmmm

What kind of ingredients can you put on your pizza? Well, of course animal protein (such as egg, chicken, tuna, minced meat), mushrooms, zucchini, green leaf … For those who need to count macros, the total carbohydrates per serving of pizza (with margarita-type ingredients, only cheese and tomato) are 5 gr.
