Keto pizza rolls, Game day season is here! And so is the food! It’s one of my favorite things to make in the kitchen: pizza sauces, cheesy breads, cheese bombs, and nachos. They are essential every weekend this season.

Let’s add these Easy Skillet Pizza Rolls to the bunch. Soft, fluffy rolls filled with cheese and pepperoni, baked in a cast iron skillet. Let’s not forget the Parmesan cheese butter with a dash of Italian seasoning that is brushed on top of the rolls before baking. Can you resist these? I know, I can’t. I won’t even admit how many I was able to inhale while it was still hot! They are so crazy delicious!

HOW TO MAKE PIZZA ROLLS
This recipe is an update on our super popular Garlic Parmesan Skillet Rolls. This time, I filled each roll with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices. I mixed melted butter with a sprinkle of garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a bit of Parmesan cheese. She then dipped each roll into the butter mixture and placed them in a cast iron skillet. After just 18 minutes in the oven, they are golden brown and light and fluffy. The cheese is melted and sticky inside.

These rolls are best served with pizza sauce or simply mix crushed tomatoes with garlic powder and Italian seasoning to make a custom sauce.

Ingredients
1 can of jumbo cookies
3 oz. cubed mozzarella cheese
16 pepperoni slices

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Cut each cookie in half. Gently flatten each piece on a cutting board. Place a slice of pepperoni on the cracker. Add a cube of mozzarella cheese. Fold the edges of the dough in towards the center, gently pinch to close any gaps, and form a ball with your hands.
In a small bowl, mix butter, Parmesan, garlic powder, and seasonings. Dip each cookie ball in the butter mixture, then place in a cast iron skillet.
Bake muffins for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Keto pizza with cauliflower
Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan.
Serve with pizza sauce.
