Recipe Keto Pancakes

 100 g cream cheese (softened)

 1 cup almond flour

 4 eggs (smoothies)

 1/4 teaspoon salt

 Optional: 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

 Optional: 3/4 teaspoon baking powder


1. Gather your ingredients.

2. Add the softened cream cheese, almond flour, eggs and vanilla extract in a large bowl.

3. Beat together until fully combined and smooth. Some lumps are fine. The dough will be thin.

4. Heat a large cast iron plate or nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and turn until melted. Then lower the heat to medium-low. Add the pancake dough in the size you want. The smaller, the better because pancakes are delicate, the harder to flip when they are big.

5. Cook the pancakes for about a minute and then flip the pancakes. Lower the heat if necessary so that they do not burn. The cooking time may vary depending on the surface of the stove.

6. Serve the pancakes with extra butter!

The dough is delicate and will burn easily. Be sure to keep the heat over medium low heat. Only tall enough to get a good crust, but without burning them!

Making pancakes smaller will make them easier to flip.
