75 g of almonds
1 teaspoon yeast
10-12 g granulated sweetener
We put the blades in position. We preheat the oven to 180ºC.
We introduce the almonds in the jar, grind at speed 10 for 8 seconds.
Add the egg, peanut butter, yeast and sweetener, mix at speed 4 for 20 seconds.
We make balls with the dough, place them on a baking tray with greaseproof paper and crush them by hand.
