Ingredients

    150 g peanut butter

    75 g of almonds

    1 egg

    1 teaspoon yeast

    10-12 g granulated sweetener

Elaboration

    We put the blades in position. We preheat the oven to 180ºC.

    We introduce the almonds in the jar, grind at speed 10 for 8 seconds.

    Add the egg, peanut butter, yeast and sweetener, mix at speed 4 for 20 seconds.

    We make balls with the dough, place them on a baking tray with greaseproof paper and crush them by hand.

    We put the cookies in the oven at 180ºC for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

    Let cool out of the oven on a rack.
