Pancake mix
INGREDIENTS
for 1 unit
1 egg
1 tbsp. instant oatmeal soup (can be replaced with chia seeds or flax flour)
1 medium banana (if it’s ripe, don’t throw it away, use it and don’t add sweetener!!!)
optional: sweetener (stevia), cinnamon, vanilla extract
PREPARATION
Beat the egg and mix with the oatmeal
Then add the banana, previously peeled and mashed. You can add cinnamon, drops of vanilla extract or 1 sachet of sweetener (Stevia) if you like it tastier.
Pancake mix
Stir everything until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Then let it sit for a few minutes.

Now, in a very hot pan (previously covered with spray oil) pour the mixture.
Brown the pancakes on both sides and voila!
