200 g Milk Cream Alquería
1 ½ cups of cold concentrated coffee
1 can of finger cookies
3 egg yolks
Vanilla essence to taste
½ cup sugar
200 g cream cheese
Cocoa or chocolate (optional)

Preparación
1 – In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the vanilla and sugar until the mixture is pale and creamy.
2 – On the other hand, we mix the cheese and the Alquería Cream of Milk until they are well integrated and then we combine both preparations.

3 – We dip the cookies one by one in the coffee and we arrange them in the base of a high-walled mold.
4 – We alternate a layer of the cheese mixture and a layer of soaked crackers, finishing with a layer of the cheese mixture. Refrigerate for a minimum of four hours and, when serving, sprinkle with cocoa or grated chocolate.
