Banana pudding recipe
6-8 ripe bananas
6 oz vanilla wafers
4 cups milk
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup cornstarch
4 large egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp powdered sugar

Begin by slicing the bananas into rounds and laying them in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Crush the vanilla wafers into fine crumbs and sprinkle them over the bananas. To cook this pancake.
