Simple and sweet, you can keep your pudding in the fridge. It will last well in your refrigerator for 1 to 2 days, but longer and will start to dry out.

If you had leftover bread pudding left over, but you don’t necessarily want to eat the same dessert again, there are a few ways you can change it up just enough to make it feel brand new. Here are some of our favorite ideas:
Make French toast
How you cook it will depend on how moist the leftovers are. If they’re a little dry, just use a regular egg sauce and fry it, but if it’s still quite a bit creamy, you’ll want to be forgiving of how much egg you use. Also, remember that it’s already sweet and spicy, so you won’t need more in your egg sauce.
Haz cake pops.
Coat it with some buttercream frosting (you really won’t need much if your pudding is still pretty wet) and shape into balls. Top with a delicious fudge sauce and enjoy a whole new decadent dessert in the form of cake pops. Grill.

2 cups of milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
½ loaf of stale bread, or roughly the equivalent of what you have
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs beaten

Prepare a 9 x 13 baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray or coating it with a little butter.
