We will start by peeling, coring and cutting the apples into quarters. Once in quarters we cut them into thin slices. We reserve.
We preheat the oven to 180º Celsius with heat up and down.

In a bowl, beat the butter at room temperature along with the sugar with a whisk or a whisk until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla and continue beating for three more minutes.
We add the yogurt to the mixture and combine with a silicone spatula. On the other hand, in another bowl we mix the flour, Baking Powder Royal and baking soda, sifting it later with a strainer and mixing it with the wet ingredients.
