                1 sprig Basil

                1 sprig fresh parsley

                1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

                1 teaspoon olive oil

                1 pinch garlic salt

                1/2 cup Queso mozzarella

                to taste Black pepper

                1 cup almond flour

Steps

1 – Done –           Preheat the oven to 400 °.

2- Done – Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.

3 – Done – Flour each breast and make sure to remove excess, dip them in the egg and coat them with a mixture of 1 tbsp. of Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup of almond flour and 1/2 tbsp. garlic salt. Make sure they are completely covered.

4  – Done  – Separate the oil into 2 parts. In a frying pan, place the oil at maximum temperature and wait until it is practically very hot. Fry the breaded breasts until golden brown.

5 – Done – Put the rest of the oil in a baking dish and place the breasts.

6  – Done- Bathe the breasts with the tomato sauce, the cheeses and the salt and pepper.

7 –  Done – Heat in the oven until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Garnish with the basil and parsley leaves.
