Almond flour and yogurt bread

Bread is something that in my house and from a very young age I could not miss it. My grandfather was an expert in making homemade bread in his clay oven and eating it fresh from the oven was one of my delicacies. And although I still love bread, for health reasons and eating healthier I have been investigating different ways to replace carbohydrates and gluten; So if you are on the same path as me, I hope you can make this recipe, try it and taste a delicious bread made of almond flour, gluten-free and made with a high protein value that with a single slice in your meals will be more than enough.

Ingredients to cook Keto bread crumbs :

2 cups (474 ​​g) almond flour

1/2 cup (100 gr) sugar replacement (Swerve)

3/4 cup (96g) plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (your preference)

1/3 cup (75 g) coconut oil, slightly melted

3 eggs

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon of salt

Preparation to cook Keto bread crumbs :

Start by adding the Greek yogurt to a large glass container.

Then add 3 large eggs.

Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence.

Add the slightly melted coconut oil.

Integrate all the ingredients, beating lightly for about 2 minutes.After integrating the liquid ingredients very well, add 2 cups of almond flour..Later add 1/2 cup of sugar substitute (Swerve)

Mix with a spatula slowly until all the ingredients are well integrated and in this way your preparation is ready!Pour the mixture into a greased rectangular bread container.

Bake in a preheated oven (350 degrees F) for 35 minutes. Before removing it from the oven, insert a toothpick or thin knife. If it comes out clean, your bread is ready, but leave it cooking for about 4 more minutes, since the heat of the oven can often vary.Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before consuming.

Sprinkle with sugar replacement (Swerve) if you prefer. Otherwise, you can leave it as you took it out in the oven !!! It is delicious either way!It is ready for you to enjoy with some delicious mate, a tea or coffee in the afternoon!
