      1 coliflor

    1 ½ cup almond flour

    3 tsp baking powder

    ⅓ cup parmesan cheese

    olive oil

    Salt

    6 eggs

    seeds (we put poppies, pumpkin seeds and sesame)

Preheat the oven to 180,     Grate 1 cauliflower,     Sauté 5 minutes in a pan with a little olive oil

Remove from the heat and put on a kitchen towel and then squeeze … They must wait a moment since it will be hot

Put the squeezed cauliflower in a bowl.   Add 1 ½ cup of almond flour, 3 tsp of baking powder, ⅓ cup of Parmesan cheese, add salt to taste and mix.

 Beat 6 eggs until frothy and add to dry ingredients.     Take to a mold covered in butter paper and sprinkle with seeds (we put poppies, pumpkin seeds and sesame)Bake for 50 min to 1 hour depending on your oven

This bread is very tasty for a sandwich or toast in the morning for breakfast, and if there are any crafters out there, do not be afraid of cauliflower it is very tasty!
