Keto Eggless Bread

Many asked me for keto bread recipes that used few eggs. Well, better yet, manage to prepare one that DOES NOT use eggs. And it tastes exquisitely rich. If you prepare it in an 8 ″ x 4 ″ mold and chop it into 16 pieces, each one will be left with 2 net grams. At the bottom I will place the nutritional table for you to have as a reference.

To prepare it you will need:

    7 tablespoons (3.5 oz / 105 gr) ground flax seeds

    21 tablespoons (10.5 oz / 297 gr) of water

    7 ounces (198 gr) almond flour

    4 ounces (113 gr) almond butter

    1 ounce (28 g) sour cream

    1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) of salt

    1 tablespoon (15 g) of baking powder

    Optional: Everything Seasoning to taste. (You can buy it done or click here to go to the recipe )

    8 ″ x 4 ″ mold

Instructions:

 In a blender, mixer or by hand, beat the ground flax seeds together with the water until thick.

 Add the rest of the ingredients and continue beating until everything is well mixed.

When everything is combined, place the mixture in an 8 ″ x 4 ″ baking dish. You can decorate it on top with some whole flax seeds, everything seasoning, sesame seeds or whatever seasoning you like. When you add them, using your finger give it «cantecitos» so that it sticks with the mixture.

 TIP: si utilizas un molde de silicón (haz click aquí para que veas el que utilice), no necesitas engrasarlo. Si usas otro material, entonces engrasa el molde o utiliza papel para hornear

Precalienta el horno a 350 grados. Una vez caliente déjalo hornear por 55-60 minutos dependiendo del horno

 Luego de pasado la hora, inserta un palillo de diente o punta afilada para verificar que este cocido por dentro. Si sale limpio ya lo está.
