I do not do any of these diets. For this keto bread recipe you will need:
6 large eggs
1 1/2 cup of almond flour you can also use coconut flour, although I have not used it, the recipes I have seen use approximately 60gr of coconut flour
Baking powder (1 tablespoon)
1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar, this is an unknown ingredient for some, it is a stabilizer for the egg whites, if you don’t have it, don’t worry, you can use a pinch of salt
Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
1 tsp chia
Garlic powder (1 tablespoon)
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Dairy products
1/4 cup butter, you can also use coconut, olive or avocado oil
Preparation: keto almond bread
Now that we know what we need to make this keto almond bread, let’s start the fun part: the preparation:
Prepare the mold with waxed paper and grease it.
Preheat the oven to 175 C or 350F
Separate the yolks from the whites.
We are going to beat the whites, add tartar cream and achieve a point of meringue.
Then beat the yolks, blanch well and add the butter at room temperature.

Combine the almond flour with the baking powder and seasonings. Then add them to the mix
Combine them well
Add the whites little by little with enveloping movements
pour the mixture into the baking dish
Bake at 375 ° F for 30 minutes
Take it out of the oven when it browns and the stick comes out clean (classic trick)
