2 – Mix the dry ingredients for the dough in the bowl.

3 – Beat the egg and cream until integrated. Add the melted butter (but not hot).

4Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and beat everything until it is a homogeneous mass.

5Pour into the muffin tins and garnish with the blueberries.
