Keto meal prep, I’m not going to fool you, what I miss the most when I’m on keto is being able to accompany things with bread. Toasted bread with butter, pate, hummus, cheese…. uhhhhm!

Since I discovered these crackers, all of that is history. This recipe has almost no carbohydrates and is very easy and quick to prepare.
1 Cup of flax seeds (I have used them mixed golden and brown)
1/2 Cup of grated hard cheese (cheddar or Parmesan type)
A handful of sesame seeds
First we grind the flax seeds and put them in a bowl large . We make a hole in the middle and add the eggs . Mix well with your hands and add grated cheese and sesame seeds . We continue kneading with our hands until everything is well mixed and we make a ball.

On baking paper we are going to spread a few drops of oil or butter spreading it well to prevent the crackers from sticking when baking.
With a rolling pin or with our hands , we spread the dough until it is as thin as possible, making sure that everything is uniform . Once crushed, we add coarse salt on top and cut with a pizza cutting wheel or similar.

We preheat the oven to 200 ° C and bake for 12-15 min on one side, turn it over and bake on the other side for about 5 minutes . We turn off the oven and they are done! We can leave them in the oven for a few more minutes so that they are extra crunchy , but be careful not to burn.
