Ingredients:
1 Egg
1 Cdita. of olive oil (you can replace it with the one you want or have)
1/4 Cdita. of sweetener to taste or in salty version would be a pinch of salt
1 Tbsp. of almond flour
1 Tbsp. of coconut flour
1/4 Cdita. of baking powders.

Preparation:
In a bowl place the egg and beat it with a fork.
Add the oil, sweetener (or salt) and keep beating.
Add all the other ingredients and mix them well.
Place a teflon skillet over medium heat. Pour the mixture and wait a few minutes until, with a spatula you can turn it over and it is golden (as I show in the photo that follows).
Ready, you can enjoy them with the fruit you want and add chocolate sauce, maple, agave, honey, ice cream, whatever you can think of.
