To prepare them you will need:
1 cup (136 g) almond flour
Keto pizza dough with yeast
3 tablespoons (45 g) ground psyllium husk (psyllium husk)
4 teaspoons (20g) olive oil
1/2 tablespoon (7.5 g) baking powder
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) Salt (I used Himalayas)
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic powder
1 cup (136g) warm water
Mozzarella cheese (use vegan cheese for vegan pizza)

Instructions:
On a smooth surface, place the olive oil in a circular way
On top, place the almond flour together with all the other dry ingredients and start moving them. My recommendation is that you wet your hands beforehand to handle the dough so that it doesn’t stick to you.

When you have the compact dough, form a flat ball with a circle in the middle.
Start adding the warm water in that circle moving the dough little by little so that it absorbs the water. You must do it gently while you are moving it, to let all the ingredients absorb the water. Continue stirring until a gelatinous “paste” is mixed.
Once the mixture has already absorbed all the water, let it rest for 15 minutes.
After that time, wet your hands with more oil, including the mold where you will place the dough.

Place a piece of paper on top and using a rolling pin or round object begin to flatten it, until it is as thick as you like and covering the entire mold but leaving approximately 2 inches outside the mold.
In those two inches that are left over on the edges is that you will accommodate the mozzarella cheese and then cover it with the rest of the dough that you left out. With this we are creating the edges stuffed with cheese.
