    Knead the dough for about 10 minutes, until it has a rather smooth surface, although it is a little sticky. You can add a little more flour to knead.

    Make a ball with the dough, cover it with the oil (distribute it over the entire surface with your hand), cover it and leave it in a warm place until it doubles in size.

If you want the vegan cheese to melt better, you can put heat only on top or soft gratin for the last 3-4 minutes of cooking. Bake the pizza until the dough is done and looks slightly golden.
