Ingredients:

3/4 cup almond flour.

1 cup and 1/2 mozzarella.

This is, for my taste, the best of all the recipes of keto pizza bases, it is delicious! Microwave the cream cheese in a large bowl until it melts, add to the same bowl, all the ingredients except the egg and stir the mixture very well. Add the egg and remix everything.
