1 – Heat the olive oil in a large skillet.
2- Add the minced meat and sauté until it turns a golden color. Next, add the vegetables to the meat and then place the skillet over low heat, while the meat cooks for about 15 minutes.
3 – Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Then add the grated cheese to the skillet until melted and the edges crisp, then flip the tortilla over and repeat the same step.
