Grease a microwave oven-suitable container with a flat bottom.

Place coconut and almond flour, butter, baking powder and salt and mix in a bowl. Add egg and cream and mix until you get a soft dough without lumps.

Empty into the oven container and cook for 2 minutes in a microwave oven or until fully cooked. Check with a toothpick in the center.

Let cool on a rack and unmold once cold. Split in half.
