    250 grams of cold Philadelphia type cheese

    250 grams of butter at room temperature

    250 grams of icing sugar

    Nutella jar. We will add the amount to taste.

Nutella Frosting Preparation

    First of all we have to make sure the state of our ingredients, as it is important for the preparation of our cheese frosting. It is essential that our butter is at room temperature, which means that it has to be soft. In other words, if we insert the finger, it does not offer us any resistance, it is ready. If it is not, we can put it in the microwave for a few seconds to soften it.

    We place our butter in a mixer / kneader that allows us to change the mixing speed. We will beat for a maximum minute at medium speed. We will observe that the butter has been slightly bleached.

    Now we will add the sugar and beat for a few seconds at low speed so that a first mixture of butter and sugar is made. Once we see that uniform mixture we will raise the speed to medium-high for about 3 minutes.

    Once butter and icing sugar have been mixed, we are going to add the nutella little by little while we continue beating at a slow pace. The amount of nutella is to taste, but depending on the amount that we add, we will get not only more flavor, but more color. How intense the flavor of our nutella cream is, it goes to taste.
