What is Tiramisu?
Tiramisu is a dessert of Italian origin, one of the most consumed and famous in the world. It is a cold spoon dessert that has a multitude of variants.

Today we are going to prepare a classic Tiramisu whipped , with egg whites, Manchego version, in which we will replace the Amaretto with Liqueur de Orujo Café Artesano . There are other variants with cream instead of the whites, which makes it last longer and more consistent, but loses its creaminess and smoothness.
Tiramisu ingredients (for 6 people):
2 egg whites
4 egg yolks
150 g. icing sugar
400 g. mascarpone cheese
200 g. of sponge cakes
75 ml. Coffee Pomace Liqueur
175 ml. of strong coffee (2 long coffees, capsule) and cooled.
200 g. grated chocolate or cocoa powder.
Preparation time: 50 min, plus refrigeration.

How to make the Tiramisu? Elaboration:
Since it has to cool down, we will start by making the coffees and let it rest together with the Coffee Liquor, which we will mix later.

Now, in a bowl, beat the yolks with half the sugar . It has to be well mixed, until it acquires a foamy consistency and we reserve.

We repeat this process , or until ingredients are finished, cover with film and refrigerate . At least 3 hours.
