The only issue to keep in mind is to let the first layer cool before adding the second and the same with the second and third. The texture is obtained from curds, which is very appreciated in these times when the price of electricity is through the roof and we avoid having to turn on the oven.

We divide the dark chocolate into two equal parts and chop it. We place one of them in a saucepan on the heat along with 200 ml of milk, 200 ml of liquid cream and the contents of one of the curd envelopes. We heat while stirring without stopping, until the mixture becomes thick. Approximately 8-10 minutes. Pour into a 20-22 cm removable mold.

We let the cake cool to room temperature before transferring it to the refrigerator, where the cold will help it gain body and consistency.
